Initial Challenge
fram^, a Swedish-Vietnamese B2B software development company needed to improve their site's online visibility to generate more qualified leads.
But due to outside forces they were on a rushed timeframe - less than 3 months... So we needed to deliver measurable SEO results ASAP.
Solution
We implemented our content update services with a straightforward 3-phase approach to optimize their website.
Phase 1: Strategic Analysis
As always, we started with a comprehensive site and content audit.
This helped us identify opportunities for improvement on all of their service pages.
Then we developed an action plan by prioritizing key business pages, categorizing each page by:
- Update
- Consolidation
- Redirect
- Removal/no-index
- Or to leave as is
We also performed competitor analysis and topic research for future supporting content to their most profitable services.
And advised them to move each of their case studies onto their own dedicated page. (At the time all case studies were on one page with details of each individual case study nested in lightbox popups. Our recommended changes improved both CRO and SEO results.)
We also provided a long list of recommendations with how-tos for their team to implement.
Phase 2: Technical Optimization
Based on our findings from the site and content audit, we resolved the most important technical issues on the site.
- Prioritized improving the sites internal linking structure, resolving 60+ orphan pages in the process.
- And fixed all broken links and 404 errors.
- Also made sure to set up proper tracking with their Google Analytics so they can now know exactly which pages are driving conversions.
Phase 3: Content Enhancement
We then updated all service pages with both SEO and CRO best practices.
- We optimized the pages for their appropriate commercial terms
- Improved ease for visitors to get in contact
- And enhanced the internal link structure to these pages
We then updated all blog posts relevant to the most profitable service pages following our 20+ step process.
We also consolidated redundant pages to avoid cannibalization. And no-indexed or redirected dead or unnecessary pages and removed all content copied from other sites (which were driving lots of impressions but could harm the site over the longterm).
Created 15 strategic content outlines for strategically chosen topics to add to the site and link to specific service pages
And shared a comprehensive step-by-step content creation SOP to guide their team's future efforts.

Results
- 30% increase in overall organic traffic
